Hi guys,
Today I finished all the questions from week three, its take
me like 2 hour to t cause it was like 10 questions with a lots of descriptions
that way it was a bit hard.

Reflection on form
Hi guys,
Today I want reflect on my form and tell you guys what I
have done for my form, firstly I just try my best to draw our school logo but I
kind of didn’t success and didn’t draw good but, I did really good in putting
details and information I put their parents phone number and their email, also
I got some information form the student about any allergic or any problem if
they have, and also I asked If your son/daughter have any sick or any heart
problem, and questions like this. Bye guys.
